Hot Foil Stamping Application | GCC: Laser Machines Leader Since 1989

This month, the GCC JF-240UV Application Lab presents the application for medals.

Currently, the hot foil stamping available in the market is mostly hot foil stamping model. The difference is in the color on the surface of the foil used. For the hot foil stamping application, the presentation is in metal printing plate, gold foil and stamping on paper.

This time, the GCC JF-240UV Showcase in the hot foil stamping application works together with JF-240 and the ink overlay technique is introduced by overlaying primer coat on the hot foil stamping before applying finishing color. This technique is applicable to high added value applications, such as medals, cardboard cut-outs, art pieces, and customized hot foil stamping products.

High-performance ink jet technique is incorporated in the GCC JF-240UV Printer in combination with GCC Primer ink. The software program calculates and determines the spraying process, allowing the GCC JF-240UV UV Printer to do its magic together with the ink overlay technique where the primer coat is overlayed on the hot foil stamping before the finishing color is sprayed, thus improving the added value and diversity.
