The GCC Inkjet Application Lab of the month would like to announce that painting on rigid materials such as PVC foam boards can be achieved when GCC certified ink cartridges and materials are in use.
Commonly seen in exhibition halls and campaigns, PVC foam boards are also highly favored by outdoor and indoor applications from billboards, department store cut-out boards, pop-up stands, to conference and release signs. Currently UV curable inkjet printers are the only choice in the market that requires no further processes after PVC foam board painting is complete. Most Solvent or Eco-solvent printers available require printing on PVC Vinyl which is then cut into the desired dimension prior to its attachment to PVC foam boards. Such a procedure increases the complexity of jobs and involves additional workforce.
The GCC Inkjet Application Lab of the month shows you that with GCC certified ink cartridges and materials, users are able to print directly on PVC foam boards using GCC JC-240E Printer/Cutter (maximum thickness of printing materials: 1cm). Job efficiency is improved and printing quality intensified as no additional processing is required.
