Q1: I am GreatCut user, can I use GreatCut after October? Any extra charge?
A: Current GreatCut users can continue to use GreatCut with no charge, only that there will not be software updates or maintenance. For example, Windows OS update, new version of CorelDRAW update, etc. will not be supported.
Q2: I just bought GreatCut, can I activate it?
A: Users who already purchase GreatCut but not yet redeem GreatCut voucher code, the voucher code is valid until April 30 2023, so please redeem your voucher code before it is expired.
Q3: Can I continue to use GreatCut if I update my Windows or Illustrator?
A: there might be errors encountered when using GreatCut on the version of Windows or any software released after October 2022. Since GreatCut has reached end of support by end of October, technical assistance and software updates will no longer be provided after then. If you run into a problem with your GreaCut after updating your version of Windows or design software (Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.), it is suggested to downgrade from the latest version to previous version.
