Q1: Is it possible to upgrade between different version (basic and Advance or Basic and Pro)? What is the price and process?
Yes, it is possible. the price is simply the difference between the versions plus a 20 euro fee to create the new serial number.
For example: if a customer has the basic version for 49.-- and he wants to upgrade to the full version (449..-) then he would have to pay the difference = 400.- plus the 20.- fee. Total 420.-
The procedure is like this, I get an order from you for the upgrade. But I need the old activation code and I send you the new code.
Q2: Is it one time license? Meaning you buy it once and it will work for unlimited time, or is there subscription possible?
Yes it is a one-time license. You buy it once and it works forever.
Q3: Can the license be used on multiple computers? If yes, how many?
One license can be used on 2 computers.
Q4: Can you transfer the license from one user to another? One computer to another?
Yes, the customer can do it himself. first he has to deactivate the code on the old computer in the tool. and then he can reactivate it in the new computer. if the old computer is defective and he can no longer deactivate it, i can deactivate it in the server. Fee 20.--

Q6: Updates? Will these be automatic? Free of charge?
We will give you the updates and you can distribute it to your clients.
Alternatively, we could of course do all the handling on my licence server.
For that we would have to get the client details. (name and mail address)
Until now, the updates were free of charge. In the future, however, updates will cost money. I think around 30% of the basic price.
Q7: Is there trial/demo version? (price/limitations)
Yes, we have a trial demo version. Limitation is 10 Days to test. after this will all
functions not works. The customer can get the demo with activation code himself
under the following link.
